i started out as a distance runner who has never stepped foot in a gym and due to lack of knowledge on basic nutrition i put on some unhealthy weight. i met Coach crayne and explained to him how important my cardiovascular endurance was while still wanting to acheive that bodybuilder look. With coach craynes vast knowledge of nutrition and the science behind muscle building he created a completely unique and personalized plan that worked for me. within a few years of staying true to coach craynes innovative routine i saw every goal i set being met with easy and no injury. To start, I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Coach Crayne for a while now. We played high school football back in the day and have been friends since then. I remember before he became a trainer the grueling workouts we put each other through and how we pushed each other. Fast forward a few years and I found myself needing a change. I’ve always been one to workout but my diet skills are where I lacked. When I saw that Coach Crayne was now a trainer both for fitness and nutrition I knew he was the right one to help me get back on track to what I wanted to see out of myself. Over the course of a year we brought my weight up and then cut it back down.
