About Me

Ariel Crayne

I'm the Co-Owner and one of the Head Coaches at CCFB. I am a certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, with a Masters's Degree in Counseling, as well as a competitive bodybuilder. Previously, I was a Captain in the Army as an Intelligence Officer.

Combining the analytical skills and training I developed in the Army, as well as leveraging my counseling skills, I pursued my ultimate passion, helping people improve their lives through fitness. 

​

I now coach and mentor people on lifestyle habits, training, and nutrition that will help them improve their quality of life.

Competition Prep

This training is not for the faint of heart. If you are looking to take your physique to the next level, then come join me for a complete prep and I will teach you how to master your mind, body, and soul.

3) Offseason and competition prep coaching.

Lifestyle Coaching

This style of coaching is for people that are not looking to step on stage but do want to reach their fitness goals and learn how to live an optimized life!

Nutrition Coaching

This service is for people who may or may not have a training program, but want to improve their health and fitness. 90% of weight loss and body recomposition is nutrition so if training isn't for you, this is the best place to start!

2) Personalized client portal for tracking progress. 

3) Weekly check-in calls from your coach.
